It is reported that the ranking was jointly launched by the Metallurgical Industry Economic Development Research Center and Shanghai Steel League, in collaboration with leading domestic experts. Additionally, certain tertiary indicators have been refined and updated to reflect current shifts in the industry landscape. Using this comprehensive framework, a panoramic scan, quantitative assessment, and ranking of the high-quality development levels among China’s major steel enterprises have been conducted.

According to the "Regulations on Environmental Protection Management for Construction Projects" (State Council Order No. 682) and the "Provisional Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance upon Completion of Construction Projects" (Guohuan Gui Huan [2017] No. 4), the commissioning schedule for environmental protection facilities constructed as part of the project must be publicly disclosed.
