On January 7, Xue Aihua, Chairman of Fanruan Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Fanruan Software”), and his delegation visited Aosen Special Steel for an exchange visit. The purpose of the visit was to review their past collaborative achievements and, building on Aosen Special Steel’s solid foundation in digital and intelligent transformation, jointly explore new models for future digital and intelligent cooperation. Before the meeting, Xue Aihua and his delegation, accompanied by Cao Yanan, first visited the Integrated Intelligent Control Center, where they gained a detailed understanding of the company’s product portfolio and its achievements in digital and intelligent transformation. Afterwards, both sides went deep into the production floor to conduct on-site inspections of advanced process flows, rigorous quality control systems, and highly efficient on-site management practices. The outstanding strength demonstrated by Aosen Special Steel in “lean manufacturing” and its unwavering commitment to “solid manufacturing fundamentals” left a deep impression on the leaders of Fanruan Software.
During the symposium, both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on how to ensure that data truly creates value in Aosen Steel’s production and operations. They jointly reviewed the progress made by the earlier data platform in integrating key business information and establishing a unified reporting platform. They also focused on exchanging ideas about specific directions for further deepening data applications in the next phase, including leveraging data to guide production optimization, dynamically adjust supply chains, and swiftly respond to market changes—key scenarios that hold great potential. Both sides unanimously agreed that true competitiveness stems from the continuous analysis and application of data. Moving forward, they will work together to integrate data more deeply into daily decision-making and management processes, thereby achieving a dual enhancement of efficiency and effectiveness.
