The kickoff meeting for Ausent Steel’s “Intelligent Gas Prediction and Scheduling Platform” project was successfully held.


On January 13, the kickoff meeting for the “Intelligent Gas Prediction and Scheduling Platform” project—jointly developed by Aosen Special Steel and Du Huan Shu Zhi Kechuang (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Du Huan Shu Ke”)—was successfully held, marking the official entry of the project into the substantive construction phase following the signing of a co-creation cooperation agreement in December 2025. Attendees included Jiang Huanhuan, General Manager of Du Huan Shu Ke; Zhang Hao, Head of the Marketing Department; Sun Wenqiang, Professor at Northeastern University; Pan Cheng, Executive Deputy General Manager of Aosen Special Steel; and Liu Saiguang, Director of the Digital Innovation Department at Aosen Special Steel.

The convening of this launch meeting marks a key milestone in Ausent Steel’s efforts to promote the intelligent upgrading of its energy systems and put into practice its green, low-carbon development strategy. Following the consensus reached last month, the teams from both sides have efficiently advanced the project, completing all preliminary preparations and laying a solid foundation for the rapid implementation of the platform. This platform is designed to build a digital, intelligent control system that covers the entire process of Ausent Steel’s gas system. Addressing the industry’s common core challenges—such as sharp fluctuations in gas production and consumption, delayed manual dispatching, and high system venting rates—the platform leverages deep integration of cutting-edge technologies including end-to-end production and consumption forecasting, intelligent optimization, and anomaly detection, thereby achieving “peak-shaving and valley-filling” and dynamic balancing of gas resources. This not only significantly enhances the efficiency of self-generated power but also ensures stable pipeline pressure and calorific value, which in turn supports the quality of primary production processes and delivers dual benefits for both energy utilization and production.

In recent years, Aosen Steel has actively responded to the nation’s “Dual Carbon” strategic plan by continuously investing in and deeply deploying advanced manufacturing technologies and intelligent systems.
