On September 26, the finals of the 8th "Bloom Cup" 5G+ Energy & Nonferrous Metals Special Competition, hosted by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and organized by the 5G Application Industry Alliance, concluded successfully. The project titled "5G Empowers Ausent Steel's Smart Manufacturing," jointly submitted by Ausent Steel and Hebei Mobile, stood out among 2,900 nationwide entries after rigorous rounds of competition. Thanks to its deep integration of 5G technology with industrial applications and innovative implementation strategies, the project not only clinched the first prize in the special competition but also earned a spot in the national finals.
This year's event is themed "5G Leads the Way to New Horizons, Energizing Digital Intelligence for a Fresh Chapter," making it a prestigious competition in China's 5G application sector. The contest focuses on the digital and intelligent transformation needs of the energy and non-ferrous metals industries, aiming to identify and promote benchmark cases that exemplify the deep integration of 5G technology with industrial processes.
