From September 18 to 20, the Quality Department organized a series of specialized training sessions focused on quality management. The content covered essential topics such as quality knowledge dissemination, key aspects of process control, advanced methods for component analysis, and strategies for continuous improvement—areas critical to effective quality management. The initiative aims to drive a shift in operational practices, moving from standardized approaches toward lean methodologies, while also expanding the management system from a single quality focus to a comprehensive, lean-oriented framework. Participants enthusiastically shared that the structured training significantly enhanced their understanding of quality management and markedly improved their overall quality awareness and capabilities.

During the event, to demonstrate their determination and confidence in "striving for precision and ensuring quality," key leaders from the Quality Department took the lead by solemnly signing the "Quality Month" promotional banner, followed by employees who signed their names in an orderly, phased manner. Each signature represents a solemn commitment to quality responsibility, and every glance conveys the team's unwavering belief in continuously elevating standards—solidifying the "Quality First" philosophy deep within everyone's hearts.

On September 22, the Quality Knowledge Quiz Competition was held with great enthusiasm. Representatives from each team within the Quality Department engaged in a fierce competition, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. Participants fully immersed themselves in the event, showcasing their solid professional expertise and strong sense of teamwork. Beyond earning recognition and rewards, the activity further strengthened employees' overall awareness of quality and reinforced their commitment to taking responsibility.
