Voluntary blood donation is a heartwarming practice through which companies fulfill their social responsibilities. From April 28 to 30, Aosen Special Steel organized a well-structured employee blood drive, with managers and staff demonstrating their compassion in action and highlighting the dedication of modern-day steelworkers.

Early in the morning, the blood donation vehicle parked at the squares of the Ironmaking and Steelmaking Plants, and Ausen employees arrived at the site in staggered groups. Under the orderly guidance of medical staff and volunteers, employees completed the process step by step—starting with information registration, followed by health screening, and finally blood collection.

Employees who participated in the blood drive unanimously shared, "Contributing our own small yet meaningful effort to extend the hope of life for patients in urgent need of transfusions isn’t just a healthy and compassionate act—it’s also a vital social responsibility. As long as our health permits, we’ll continue supporting this noble cause." These simple, heartfelt words not only highlight the profound significance of voluntary blood donation but also showcase the Aosen people’s passionate dedication to public welfare and their commitment to giving back to society. This admirable quality will undoubtedly align with the company’s unwavering pursuit of excellence, continuously fueling its momentum toward high-quality, sustainable growth.
Our company has been honored with prestigious provincial titles, including the inaugural "Hebei Charity Award" and the "2024 Outstanding Organization for Voluntary Blood Donation," which are clear acknowledgments of our commitment to actively fulfilling social responsibilities. Since 2013, to deeply embrace corporate citizenship, we have collaborated closely with the Provincial Blood Center. While intensifying efforts to promote voluntary blood donation, we’ve also systematically organized blood drives—resulting in a total of 15 events so far, during which we’ve collected an impressive 403,900 milliliters of blood.
According to statistics, in 2024, 1,197 employees of Ausent Steel—both on staff and officially registered—participated in voluntary blood donations, contributing a total of 1,489,730 milliliters of blood. Notably, one employee has already donated an impressive 44,800 milliliters over the years, while four others have each donated more than 10,000 milliliters. Additionally, 36 employees have collectively donated over 5,000 milliliters, and 200 employees have contributed more than 2,000 milliliters, showcasing the employees' remarkable spirit of selfless dedication and compassion.
When crimson blood resonates with splashing sparks of steel, and when sincere compassion shines alongside unwavering craftsmanship, the commitment to "forging not just steel, but also spirit" is subtly refined and elevated. Each blood bag becomes a vessel carrying the flame of life, and every act of rolling up one’s sleeve is a heartfelt reminder of staying true to our original aspirations. At Ausen, we’re passionately writing a modern-day testament—dedicated to civic engagement and giving back to society with hearts ablaze.
