On April 15, Zhang Fucheng, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and President of the university, along with Chi Guiyou, Executive Chairman and Secretary-General of the Hebei Provincial Metallurgical Industry Association and a Senior Engineer, visited Aosen Special Steel to provide guidance. They held a special seminar focused on technological innovation and industrial upgrading in the steel sector.
