On December 12, the Party branch general meeting of the Zhao Ma Steel Plant of Aosen Special Steel was successfully held, with all members of the Party branch in attendance. The meeting was chaired by Comrade He Bin, the secretary of the Party branch.
At the meeting, Comrade He Bin led all Party members in a thorough study of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party. He pointed out that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee was held at a critical juncture when China is comprehensively advancing the building of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation through Chinese-style modernization. This session has charted the course and clarified the path for Aosen Special Steel’s development over the next five years. This is vividly reflected in three “more prominent” aspects: placing greater emphasis on the Party’s overall leadership as the fundamental guarantee; highlighting high-quality development as the distinct theme; and underscoring technological innovation as the core driving force.

Comrade He Bin emphasized that we must accurately grasp the overall development direction for the 15th Five-Year Plan period and seize the opportunities for enterprise development within it. First, we must coordinate development with safety, firmly establishing robust defenses against production safety risks and ensuring integrity and self-discipline. Second, we must focus on technological innovation and industrial upgrading to foster new-quality productivity. Third, we must fulfill our social responsibilities and demonstrate corporate commitment. He specifically called upon all Party members and employees of Aosen to genuinely align their thinking and actions with the spirit of the plenary session. All Party members should take their posts as a lead, spearhead tough challenges, and unite and guide all employees to ensure the successful completion of the year’s tasks. We must earnestly drive the enterprise’s transformation and upgrading through practical action and responsibility, contributing Aosen’s strength to the realization of Chinese-style modernization.
The successful convening of this conference has further strengthened ideological consensus and bolstered organizational cohesion, providing Ausent Steel with a clear direction and renewed vigor for its new stage of development.
