On December 10, Aosen Special Steel and Du Huan Shuzhi Kechuang (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Du Huan Shuzhi”) officially signed a co-creation cooperation agreement for the “Intelligent Gas Prediction and Scheduling Platform” software product. Leaders including Liu Gengsheng, General Manager of China Metallurgical Southern Urban Environmental Protection; Xiao Hanping, Senior Consultant; and Cao Yuebin, Chairman of Aosen Special Steel, attended the ceremony.
The “Intelligent Prediction and Scheduling Platform for Steel Plant Gas” is a digital control system designed for the entire process of the gas system at Aosen Special Steel. Driven by a multi-faceted AI model that integrates mechanistic, data-driven, and event-based approaches, this platform accurately predicts the dynamic fluctuations in gas production, consumption, and storage, and uses these predictions to enable intelligent scheduling. Its core value is directly reflected in increased power generation, enhanced production efficiency, and improved management effectiveness. The platform helps enterprises upgrade their energy management from experience-driven to data-driven, building a green, low-carbon, and intelligent control system that comprehensively enhances their core competitiveness.
