Job Opening: Chief Engineer (Specializing in the Manufacturing of Steel Ropes and Cables)

Job Description:
1. Responsible for process planning and technical roadmap development across the entire wire rope and steel cable production line, ensuring that the production line consistently maintains a first-class domestic standard.
2. Lead product research and development, process optimization, quality improvement, and technological problem-solving, and address major technical challenges in production.
3. Establish and improve a comprehensive technical quality system covering the entire process, including technical standards, process documentation, quality control, and equipment operation and maintenance.
4. Responsible for building the technical team, cultivating talent, and developing a core cadre pipeline.
5. Represent the company in industry exchanges, standard-setting activities, and technical forums to enhance the company’s brand visibility and industry standing.
6. Collaborate with leading companies and research institutions in the industry to carry out industry-academia-research cooperation and technological innovation projects; participate in major technical decision-making within the company and provide professional support for new projects, new products, and new equipment.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant major such as metallic materials, metallurgical engineering, material forming, mechanical design, etc.;
2. At least 10 years of full-time work experience at a leading domestic steel wire rope/cable enterprise, holding core technical management positions such as Chief Engineer, Technical Director, Plant Manager of Technology, or Process Leader.
3. Proficient in the entire process of steel wire ropes/cables;
4. Proficient in the structure, performance, commissioning, and technical upgrades of mainstream production equipment, with proven experience in planning and successfully implementing new factory projects.
5. Possess a certain level of recognition and influence within the industry; priority will be given to candidates with benchmark projects, technological achievements, or a strong industry reputation.
6. Possesses strong technical decision-making skills, team leadership abilities, resource integration capabilities, and industry insight.

Job Description:
1. Organize the collection and study of new technology development trends in the industry sector, and be responsible for the R&D of new products and the building of technological reserves.
2. Responsible for preparing technical documentation for the entire production process of steel wire and steel wire ropes.
3. Responsible for process design and continuous improvement of products such as steel wire, steel wire ropes, and rope cores;
4. Responsible for drafting and revising enterprise standards for steel wires, steel wire ropes, and rope cores, etc.;
5. Responsible for the application and promotion of new products, new projects, new processes, and new materials.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field such as materials science, mechanical engineering, metallic materials, metallurgical engineering, electrical engineering, or automation; applicants under 45 years of age—exceptionally qualified candidates may be considered with some flexibility.
2. Experience Requirements: Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience in technical management or product R&D at large- and medium-sized wire rope manufacturing enterprises, or more than 10 years of experience in the production technology of specialized wire rope products.

Job Description:
1. Responsible for the formulation, optimization, and implementation of core processes throughout the entire production cycle of steel ropes and cables, ensuring process compliance and stability, and enhancing product quality and production efficiency.
2. Supervise the implementation of workshop processes, promptly correct deviations, resolve various process and technical challenges on the production floor, and reduce production losses.
3. Participate in production line process layout, equipment commissioning, and technical upgrades to ensure that equipment and processes are properly matched and to support capacity enhancement.
4. Responsible for preparing, revising, and archiving process documents; conducting process training for employees; standardizing operational procedures; and promoting the commercialization of technological achievements.
5. Collaborate with departments such as quality and production to analyze the process-related causes of product quality defects, develop and implement improvement plans, and provide technical support for decision-making.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant major such as metallic materials, metallurgical engineering, materials forming and control engineering, mechanical manufacturing, etc. Candidates with experience in the steel wire rope and cable industry may have their requirements relaxed accordingly.
2. At least 10 years of work experience in process technology-related roles at well-known domestic steel rope and cable enterprises, with a thorough understanding of the entire steel rope and cable production process. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in implementing new factory processes and commissioning production lines.
3. Proficient in the core processes of steel wire ropes and cables, with a thorough understanding of the performance and operating procedures of mainstream production equipment; capable of independently resolving process challenges on the production floor and skilled at preparing and optimizing process documentation.
4. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution skills, and solid problem-solving abilities; is meticulous and detail-oriented, adept at communication and coordination, able to adapt to on-site office work in the workshop, and demonstrates a keen awareness of teamwork.
5. Priority will be given to candidates with work experience in process and technology positions at large steel wire rope and cable enterprises, and who are familiar with advanced steel wire rope/specialty cable manufacturing processes. Candidates with proven achievements in process improvement and technological innovation will also be given priority.

Job Description:
1. Strictly follow the production processes and operating procedures, skillfully perform core operations in steel wire rope and cable manufacturing, and ensure efficient completion of production tasks.
2. Assist frontline managers in conducting workshop production scheduling, staff shift assignments, and on-site safety management; and supervise team members to perform operations in compliance with standards and implement process requirements.
3. Identify and address potential hazards in production equipment and processes, promptly report them and cooperate in their resolution to reduce production losses and safety risks, and improve product quality compliance rates.
4. Assist in conducting operational training and skill guidance for new employees, pass on job-specific operational experience, and help elevate the overall operational proficiency of the team.
5. Collaborate with the process technology department to implement process optimization plans, provide feedback on issues encountered during process execution at the production site, and propose reasonable improvement suggestions.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate’s degree or higher; preference given to candidates with majors in metallic materials or metallurgy, and possessing the foundational skills for operating and managing the corresponding position.
2. At least 2.3 years of relevant work experience in the steel wire rope and cable industry, with hands-on operational experience in production roles or experience in managing grassroots teams.
3. Be familiar with at least one or two core processes involved in the operation of steel ropes and cables, and possess basic knowledge of production processes and equipment maintenance. Candidates with grassroots management experience should also have fundamental skills in personnel scheduling and on-site management.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and high execution capability, with a good awareness of teamwork and excellent communication skills; compliant with management and diligent and hardworking.
5. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working at large-scale steel rope and cable enterprises, who are proficient in operating core production equipment and have team management experience.
