This is today’s absolute star—the latest firefighting marvel donated by Aosen Group to the Xinji Municipal Party Committee and Government: a state-of-the-art aerial rescue vehicle capable of reaching heights up to 54 meters. But what does a 54-meter reach actually mean? If we assume each floor in a typical building stands about 2.7 to 3 meters tall, this incredible fire truck could extend its arm high enough to touch the top of a 20-story building!

On the morning of July 31, 2014, the National Conference Commending Advanced Collectives, Outstanding Workers, and Model Laborers in the Steel Industry was held in Beijing. Comrade Wang Bing'an, Deputy General Manager and Director of the Ironmaking Plant at Xinji Aosen Steel Co., Ltd., was honored with the title of "National Model Laborer in the Steel Industry." Since joining the company in 2002, Comrade Wang has held various key positions, including Production Dispatcher, Deputy Director of the Production Technology Department, Director of the Steelmaking Plant, Director of the Production Department, Director of the Cement Plant, and most recently, Director of the Second Rolling Mill. Since March 2010, he has served as the Director of the Ironmaking Plant. Always dedicated to truth and practical learning, he often stays late into the night—when everyone else has already fallen asleep—in his office, deeply immersed in books. Through his relentless pursuit of knowledge, he continues to inspire those around him with his commitment to growth and excellence.

Opening Ceremony for the 2014 Adult Higher Education Diploma Program
At 10:30 a.m. on April 22, 2014, the opening ceremony for the 2014 cohort of the adult higher education diploma program at Xinjishi Aosen Steel Co., Ltd., along with the recognition event honoring outstanding students from the 2013 cohort, was held in the electric classroom of the company’s steelmaking plant. Attendees included leaders from Hebei Industrial Vocational and Technical College, the institution collaborating with the program; Xing Meiluan, Chief Engineer of the company; He Bin, Head of the Comprehensive Management Department; and all students enrolled in the 2014 and 2013 diploma classes. Additionally, Ban Yucheng, Director of the Hebei Institute of Technology program, Company Chief Engineer Xing Meiluan, and representatives of top-performing students from the 2013 class each delivered speeches. The opening ceremony was chaired by He Bin, Head of the Comprehensive Management Department.
