Xinji City Aosen Metal Products Co., Ltd. has completed the environmental impact assessment for its new project, which aims to produce 300,000 tons of phosphating wire rod annually, along with an acid liquid recovery and recycling system. The company now plans to submit the project for approval to the relevant ecological and environmental authorities. In accordance with the requirements outlined in the "Measures on Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessments of Construction Projects," we are issuing this public announcement to widely solicit feedback and suggestions from the community regarding both the project's proposed construction and its environmental protection measures.

I. Project Overview

(1) Project Name: Xinjishi Aosen Metal Products Co., Ltd. New 300,000-Ton-Per-Year Phosphating Wire Rod and Acid Liquid Recycling Project.

(2) Project Developer: Xinjishi Aosen Metal Products Co., Ltd.

(3) Project Type: Expansion and Renovation.

(4) Construction Location: The project is located within the premises of Xinji Aosen Metal Products Co., Ltd., in the Xinji City Circular Economy Industrial Park.

(5) Land Area: The project covers a total area of approximately 20,728.5 m² 2。

(6) Project Investment: The total project investment amounts to 65 million yuan, with environmental protection investments accounting for 2.3 million yuan—3.5% of the total project budget.

(7) Project Scope: The project involves constructing one automated acid-washing line capable of producing 300,000 tons of phosphated wire rod annually, along with comprehensive treatment facilities designed to recycle and reuse 13,000 tons of acidic liquid each year. Additionally, corresponding liquid storage tanks will be built as part of the infrastructure.
