Construction Address: Nan Zhiqiu Town, Xinji City
Construction details: The project will utilize the existing 2 Taiwan 122 m² Sintering machine upgraded and modernized to 1 Taiwan 240 m² Sintering machine with supporting auxiliary facilities. Total floor area of the project 117250 Square meters dedicated to the construction of supporting facilities, including raw and fuel feeding systems, a pre-mixing room, a fuel crushing room, a batching room, primary and secondary mixing chambers, a sintering and cooling chamber, a screening room, the main induced draft fan room, a finished-product silo, a compressed air station, a water pump station, an environmental dust removal system, and an electrical distribution room, among other auxiliary facilities.
Current project overview: Auscent Steel's existing main production facilities include 105m2 Sintering Machine 1 Taiwan, 122m2 Sintering Machine 3 Taiwan, 14m2 Shaft furnace 3 Seat, 1580m3 Blast furnace 1 Seat, 1050m3 Blast furnace 1 Seat, 1080m3 Blast furnace 1 Seat, 120t Converter 3 Seat, 650mm Hot-rolled strip steel production line 1 Bars, high-performance, and high-strength rolling lines 2 Bars, high-speed wire production line 7 Section, capable of producing molten iron annually 313 Ten t , Crude Steel 360 Ten t Steel 360 Ten t Production capacity.

On September 15, Zheng Jianhui, Chairman and Party Secretary of China Metallurgical Southern Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd., led a delegation to visit and exchange ideas with Aosen Special Steel.
