On August 1, Han Bing, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of MCC Jingcheng, along with his delegation, visited Aosen Special Steel. During the visit, both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on advancing key projects, fostering technological innovation, and exploring future collaboration opportunities. Leaders from Aosen Special Steel, including Chairman Cao Yuebin, Executive Director Cao Yanan, General Manager Wang Zhe, and Deputy General Manager Cui Juan, warmly welcomed the delegation and participated in the meeting.
During the symposium, both sides focused on hearing a progress report on the construction of the newly built bar and wire composite line project. They exchanged views on critical issues such as technical challenges and key construction milestones, and reached a consensus on optimizing the project plan—providing strong support for its smooth implementation.

Han Bing highly praised the long-term achievements of the strategic cooperation between the two sides, particularly commending Ausent Steel for its breakthroughs in digital and intelligent transformation, product structure optimization, and lean management. He emphasized that MCC Jingcheng will fully leverage its engineering and technical expertise to continuously strengthen technological innovation and upgrade its service systems, ensuring top-notch performance across all aspects— including technology, design, supply, and construction—to help Ausent Steel achieve its high-quality development goals.

Cao Yuebin detailed the company's current "innovation-driven transformation" strategy: accelerating intelligent and digital upgrades on the equipment side, while deeply investing in R&D for high-end specialty steels on the product front. He emphasized that by continuously increasing innovation investments, the company aims to strengthen its competitive edge in the industry. Notably, CMC Jingcheng’s strong expertise and pragmatic approach in several key projects have provided crucial support for Aosen Special Steel’s transformation and upgrade. Looking ahead, he expressed optimism about fostering even deeper collaboration between the two companies in cutting-edge areas such as smart manufacturing and green, low-carbon technologies.
Accompanied by leaders including Cao Yanan, Han Bing and her delegation visited the Integrated Intelligent Control Center, the Steelmaking Plant, the Special Rolling Mill, and the construction site of the newly built bar-and-wire composite production line. During these visits, they gained an in-depth understanding of Aosen Special Steel's strategic plans and future vision over the past two years regarding transformation, upgrading, and digital & intelligent development.
