Austen Metals MES Project Implementation Kickoff Meeting Successfully Held

On February 20, the successful kick-off meeting for the Ausen Metals MES project was held. Attendees included Qian Xueping, General Manager of Yiheng Zhixing; Zhang Dayun, Project Manager, along with his expert team; Liu Jianpu, Plant Director of Ausen Special Steel Metal Products; Liu Saiguang, Director of the Digital Innovation Department; and Liu Wei, Sales Director.

At the meeting, Zhang Dayun provided a detailed introduction of the implementation background, objectives, organizational structure, and member responsibilities for this Metal MES project, as well as the key milestone nodes, critical implementation pathways, and anticipated outcomes. He also clarified the overall project plan and the subsequent implementation strategy, helping attendees gain a deeper understanding of the Metal MES initiative.

In his speech, Qian Xueping first expressed gratitude to Ausen for choosing Yiheng Zhixing as the implementation partner for the metal MES project. He also emphasized that Yiheng Zhixing will leverage its strong product capabilities to fully support Ausen’s digital and intelligent transformation efforts, striving to make the metal MES project a benchmark industry case that aligns with Ausen Metal’s long-term growth and development.

During the mobilization and summary session, Liu Saiguang emphasized that digital and intelligent transformation is a critical component of Ausen's journey toward upgrading and reshaping its business model. The launch of Ausen Metal's MES project marks a significant milestone, propelling the company to new heights in achieving end-to-end industrial chain connectivity and intelligent operational control. This initiative also represents a solid step forward in realizing Ausen's ultimate goal of building a smart factory. He expressed hope that both parties will collaborate closely and work seamlessly together to ensure the project is delivered on schedule, ultimately helping Ausen Metal further enhance its production efficiency, optimize cost management, and elevate product quality.

Liu Wei mentioned in his speech that Ausen has always remained committed to customer-centric digital and intelligent transformation. The launch of Ausen Metal's MES project marks the official start of advancing intelligent delivery for metal products. He emphasized that the implementation and successful execution of this project will enable the company to fully meet customers' needs for seamless control over the entire delivery process, while continuously delivering enhanced value-added services.
Also in attendance were Zhao Zhipu, Minister of Production Management; Zhang Zhonglei, Minister of Equipment Management; and Mo Yaqun, Manager of the Digital Innovation Department.

On September 17, the "50MW Off-Grid Wind-to-Hydrogen Integrated Demonstration Project," jointly developed by Aosen Special Steel and the Hebei Branch of China Huadian Corporation, was officially launched in Nanzhiqiu Town, Xinji City. The launch of this landmark project marks a significant step forward for Aosen Special Steel in its green energy transition and the implementation of its zero-carbon strategy, while also injecting new momentum into Xinji City’s hydrogen energy industry and its drive toward high-quality development.
On September 15, Zheng Jianhui, Chairman and Party Secretary of China Metallurgical Southern Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd., led a delegation to visit and exchange ideas with Aosen Special Steel. During the meeting, both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion aimed at further deepening their collaboration and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships for win-win outcomes. Aosen Special Steel was warmly welcomed by its Chairman Cao Yuebin, Executive Director Cao Yanan, and General Manager Wang Zhe, who all attended the meeting.
Recently, Aosen Steel successfully passed the authoritative certification for both the "Management System for the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization," guided by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the "Digital Transformation Management System," earning the prestigious "Two-Integration Management System AAA Rating Certificate" and the "AAA-rated Digital Transformation Management System Certificate." This significant achievement underscores Aosen Steel's leadership in integrating information technology deeply with industrial practices, positioning the company as a national leader in this critical area.

On August 28, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce released the lists of China's Top 500 Private Enterprises in 2025 and China's Top 500 Private Manufacturing Enterprises in 2025.
