Xinji City Aosen Steel Co., Ltd. was established in July 2002 as a privately owned enterprise, with a registered capital of 600 million yuan and Wang Bing'an serving as its legal representative. The company was developed on the foundation of the former Xinji City Bainite Steel General Factory and has grown into an integrated steel conglomerate encompassing sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, rolling, coking, and logistics operations. Today, the company employs over 5,600 people, boasts total assets of 7 billion yuan, and fixed assets worth 5.5 billion yuan.
The company operates under modern enterprise management practices, with a robust organizational structure. It has successfully achieved certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and OHSAS 10012, as well as an Energy Management System certification (awarded by the China Classification Society). Since 2005, the company has consistently been recognized as one of China's Top 500 Manufacturers and a Top 100 Enterprise in Hebei Province. Today, it is a member of the China Iron and Steel Industry Association and serves as a standing director unit of the Hebei Provincial Metallurgical Industry Association.

Since our company was established and began operations in 2002, we have steadily progressed toward healthy, stable, and rapid growth—thanks to the care and guidance from the provincial and municipal governments as well as relevant departments. In accordance with Document No. 1 [2014] issued by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, our company has been officially recognized as an enterprise that meets the "Standard Conditions for the Iron and Steel Industry." Our approved production capacity now stands at 3.6 million tons of steelmaking and 3.6 million tons of hot-rolled steel products. Being included under the industry standards has laid a solid foundation for our complementary development, clearly defined the path toward building a green steel enterprise, and provided crucial policy support for obtaining administrative permits.
3. Product Structure
The company’s current product portfolio primarily includes: billets, slab steel, high-speed wire rods, and hot-rolled strip steel. Key product specifications include: high-speed wire rods for industrial drawing applications (ranging from general carbon series like Q195, Q235, and SAE1008B), steels tailored for standard fasteners (such as AS08 and the 195M cold-heading series, available in diameters from Φ6.5 to 20mm), construction-grade steel, premium-quality carbon structural steels (covering the 45#, 55#, 60#, 65#, 70#, and 80# series), steels specifically designed for prestressed steel strands (including SWRH82B and SWRH77B series, with diameters ranging from Φ8 to 12.5mm), and medium-to-wide strip steel (with widths from 352 to 520mm and thicknesses between 1.75mm and 7.75mm).
Our products are renowned for their consistent quality and reliability, enjoying strong sales across key regions such as Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Hebei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Guangdong—and are also exported far afield to markets in Taiwan, Singapore, Southeast Asia, Europe, and beyond.

Against the backdrop of the nation's efforts to regulate industrial capacity, the company has overcome numerous challenges through strategic planning. Firmly committed to its long-term development strategy of "building a green steel enterprise and creating a century-old Aosen," the company has consistently adhered to the guiding principles of "innovation, transformation, and improvement." With "greenness, safety, quality, and efficiency" at the core of its operations, the company has achieved remarkable success. In 2016, it recorded sales revenue of 6.2 billion yuan and generated profits and taxes totaling 248 million yuan.

1. Quality Improvement
Product quality is an essential requirement for the company's growth. To further enhance quality management and elevate product standards, in 2016, the company refined its quality management system, strengthened the foundation for quality development, optimized the quality-enhancing environment, and committed itself to achieving significant improvements in product quality—ultimately boosting the company's brand value.
In recent years, the company has significantly increased its investment in technology, strengthened internal quality control management, and ramped up investments in advanced quality-testing equipment. As a result, the quality-testing processes are now running smoothly, leading to a substantial improvement in product quality.
The company’s product quality is stable and reliable, consistently passing national and provincial quality inspections. These products have earned widespread praise from users. Notably, the medium- and wide-band steel and high-speed wire products have been recognized as "Hebei Province's High-Quality Products," while premium carbon structural steels (45, 55), steel for prestressed steel strands (SWRH82B), and steels used in welding applications (ER70S-6, H08A) have received the Gold Cup Award for Physical Quality Certification of Metallurgical Products from the China Iron and Steel Association.
2. Environmental Management
In recent years, the company has further strengthened its energy management system, equipping itself with a comprehensive set of energy meters. Production lines are all fitted with advanced environmental and energy-saving devices, ensuring that process-specific energy consumption indicators meet both national and local benchmark standards. Additionally, energy usage and integrated resource utilization comply with regulatory requirements.
In 2017, the company further enhanced its greening efforts by establishing a green, eco-friendly factory. This included implementing comprehensive emission reduction measures, upgrading integrated water management systems, advancing deep wastewater treatment, sealing raw material storage sheds, and modernizing dust-control equipment at various process-related emission points.
3. Energy-saving Upgrade and Retrofitting
The company has successively invested nearly 700 million yuan to continuously implement comprehensive emission reductions, upgrade and transform its processes, and further accelerate the adoption of green technologies and equipment—such as waste heat and waste pressure recovery systems. The ongoing implementation of the coal gas-to-power upgrading project has significantly sped up energy-saving renovations, enhanced the secondary utilization of energy, minimized waste, and ultimately generated substantial economic benefits.
Simultaneously investing nearly 300 million yuan, the project will harness waste heat from the production process to provide centralized heating to nearby villages as well as Xinji city center, enabling clean and efficient heating solutions.

It is accelerating the establishment of a green manufacturing framework that prioritizes resource efficiency and environmental friendliness, while strengthening green regulations, enhancing energy-saving oversight, and promoting corporate social responsibility reporting.

Increase the intensity of brand promotion for the company’s products, effectively enhancing the "Aosen" brand. Build a highly efficient customer service system, expand service offerings, and elevate service quality—paving the way for innovative brand development. In 2017, the "Aosen" trademark was once again recognized as a Famous Trademark of Hebei Province.
3. Safe Development
The company adheres to the safety management principle of "Safety First, Prevention-Oriented, and Comprehensive Management," ensuring that safety responsibilities are clearly assigned across all levels and departments while continuously enhancing the safety and health awareness of every employee. We are intensifying supervision, inspection, and performance evaluation, increasing investment efforts, and establishing a long-term mechanism for safe production. Additionally, we are refining our systems for occupational health and safety management to create a robust, sustainable framework for workplace safety.
The company has established a Safety Management Committee and appointed a full-time Deputy General Manager for Safety, implementing a four-tier safety management system. We’ve strengthened our production safety framework, deepened the accountability framework for safety responsibilities, ensured that safety responsibilities are systematically enforced at every level, and facilitated the signing of safety responsibility agreements at each tier. Additionally, we’ve meticulously broken down safety objectives into actionable steps and developed tailored inspection and evaluation guidelines for these agreements, guaranteeing that safety responsibilities are effectively put into practice.

To date, this collaboration has helped train more than 260 professionally qualified employees holding associate degrees, all of whom are now contributing effectively to the company’s operations.
In collaboration with Xinji City Labor Technical School, the company conducts technical training and professional certification programs for its skilled trades. To date, over 500 employees have been trained and earned intermediate-level professional qualifications. Operate legally and pay taxes diligently. Aosen Company has always upheld integrity as its core business philosophy. For 11 consecutive years, it has been the top taxpayer in Xinjishi City, earning recognition as one of the city’s Top 10 Taxpayers and receiving accolades such as the "Top 10 Entrepreneurial Achievers."
Dedicated to public welfare initiatives. The company has invested over 3 million yuan to build roads and provide electricity and heating services for villages surrounding the enterprise. Additionally, it donated more than 2 million yuan to support education at the city’s No. 1 Middle School and local primary and secondary schools in the area where the company is located. The company also contributed 1.5 million yuan to sponsor and host the 2017 National Para Table Tennis Championships. Furthermore, it fully acquired Hei Ma Flour Company, successfully resolving a long-standing petition filed by Hei Ma’s depositors—and earning widespread recognition from society as a result.
