On August 16, 2013, our company organized a voluntary blood donation event. Around 9:00 a.m., two blood donation vehicles from the Provincial Blood Center arrived at our company’s event site. Employees eager to contribute voluntarily began the process—completing forms, undergoing medical check-ups, receiving blood tests, and finally donating blood—in an orderly manner, guided by staff from the company’s General Administration Department. From what we learned on-site, many employees have been participating in voluntary blood drives for several years running. Meanwhile, although some employees had signed up, they unfortunately missed this particular event due to being on duty at their posts. By the end of the blood drive, a total of 154 employees had donated blood, contributing a combined volume of 53,200 milliliters.
