The company now plans to submit the project for approval to the relevant ecological and environmental authorities. In accordance with the requirements outlined in the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessments of Construction Projects," we are issuing this public notice to widely solicit feedback and suggestions from the community regarding both the project's proposed construction and its environmental protection measures.

Announcement of Completion Date for Lime Kiln Upgrade and Renovation Project

This project is located in the West Factory area of Aosen Steel Co., Ltd. in Xinji City, with a central geographic coordinate of 115 ° 11'9.79 "E and 37 ° 45'3.83" N. In April 2019, Xinji Ausen Steel Co., Ltd. commissioned Gansu Yijie Environmental Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. to complete the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Upgrading and Renovation Project of Xinji Ausen Steel Co., Ltd.'s 4 × 200t/d Double Beam Lime Vertical Kiln and 1 × 300t/d Double Chamber Lime Kiln. The report was approved by the Xinji Ecological Environment Bureau on May 31, 2019, with approval number Xin Huan Table [2019] 99. The project started construction on June 1, 2019 and was completed on September 30, 2019.

Xinji City Sino-Australian Renewable Resources Recycling Co., Ltd. – Public Participation Statement on the Environmental Impact Assessment for a 250,000-Ton Per Annum Mineral Wool Project

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4), Xinjishi Zhong'ao Renewable Resource Recycling Co., Ltd. organized two rounds of public participation in the environmental impact assessment for its proposed "Project to Build a 250,000-Ton Per Year Mineral Wool Production Facility."
