To deeply implement the requirements outlined in documents such as "Twenty Measures by Hebei Province to Strengthen the Development of High-Skilled Talent in the New Era," the "Action Plan for Building a Skills-Strong Province (2023–2027)," and the "Hebei Province '14th Five-Year' Vocational Skills Training Plan," we are bolstering the development of high-end talent within enterprises and enhancing the overall skill levels of employees.
