I remember when we first joined the company, we worked in the same workshop—him in Shift A, and me in Shift B. We were about the same age back then. Later, our workshop supervisor kindly arranged a meeting between us, introducing us as potential partners. It felt right almost instantly, so we started dating. After some time together, we decided to tie the knot. At first, his family lived quite far from the company, so he used to ride his motorcycle to work. But soon after, the company introduced a shuttle service to transport employees, making our daily commute much easier—and no longer exposed to harsh weather conditions like wind and rain! As the company continued to grow, it expanded into real estate development, offering incredible benefits to its current employees. That’s how we ended up purchasing our very own home at Aosen Jiayuan, finally creating a cozy little haven of our own. Now, commuting to work became even more convenient, thanks to the company shuttle stopping right at our neighborhood gate. During this exciting chapter of our lives, our two daughters were born—one after the other—completing our growing family of four. Together, we’ve been fortunate enough to witness Aosen’s remarkable growth while building our own warm and happy little home. We’re truly grateful to the company for bringing us together, allowing us to fall in love, and supporting us throughout our journey. Aosen Group Holds Mid-term Review Meeting on the Preparation of High-Quality Development Plan

On the afternoon of July 2, Aosen Group held an interim progress report meeting on the "Development Plan for High-Quality Growth of Aosen Steel." Attending the meeting were Gao Junzhao, First-Level Inspector at the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission; Wang Li, Director of the Industry Division at the same commission; Liu Shimin, Vice Mayor of Xinjishi Municipal People’s Government; Xin Yanbo, Director of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau; Jia Xiankui, Deputy Director of the Municipal Development and Reform Bureau; and Liu Lixian, Deputy Director of the Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau. Since the arrival of summer, the company has carefully organized and launched a "Cooling Delivery" initiative to ensure that employees stay cool throughout the hot season. Meanwhile, the company’s Comprehensive Management Department has stepped up inspections of cafeteria hygiene and food quality, promptly stocking up on cooling beverages such as mung bean soup, while actively bolstering logistical support. Additionally, the company has distributed essential heat-relief supplies—such as Huoxiang Zhengqi Water, Wind Oil, and Floral Water—as well as daily necessities like toilet paper and laundry detergent—to frontline staff. This "Cooling Delivery" campaign has become a signature event that Austen Group has been running for many years.
